Phil's parents and little sister, Hannah, came in from Branson, Mo Thursday evening. Our weekend was jam-packed with activities in Dallas-Fort Worth area!
Friday we took the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit...aka-the closest we get to public transportation) to the West End for the "Taste of Dallas". Phil enjoyed a free shave courtesy of the Gillette Phantom razor.
Then we checked out the Dallas World Aquarium. The mini-monkeys were my favorite...at the aquarium...that's weird. The Penguins were my second favorite though!
After our downtown experiences we came back north and went to the Frisco Rough Riders baseball game. A fun fireworks show afterward!

Saturday we got up and briefly hit the pool and then headed to Ft. Worth to check out the Kimball Museum of Art, Botanic Gardens, and ate dinner in Sundance Square. We ended the night at Bass Hall, where we saw Cinderella. We're so culturally with-it now!
We went to church on Sunday, then barbecued at the pool. I'm surprised we had enough energy at this point to even stay afloat! We had a great weekend and look forward to our next visit!

I'm kinda disappointed that Phil is only getting a facial shave and not a side ponytail.
